Passion Growth: The Exotic Hair Elixir

Our pricing reflects the quality and concentration of our ingredients. This is a potent, unrefined elixir, not a diluted oil. We use cold pressed, nutrient dense oils like Passion Fruit Seed Oil, which are far more costly and beneficial than the heat processed commodity oils found in mass market products. A little goes a long way.

While this is not a drug, the scientific approach is to create the optimal environment for healthy hair to thrive. This elixir works by nourishing the scalp with essential fatty acids, reducing the inflammation that can hinder follicle health, and strengthening existing strands to prevent breakage, all of which contributes to the appearance of fuller, denser hair over time.

This is a key formulation consideration. We specifically chose a blend of lightweight, fast absorbing oils like Grapeseed and Passion Fruit Seed Oil. Unlike heavier oils like olive or castor oil, this elixir is designed to nourish the scalp and hair shaft without leaving a heavy, greasy residue after washing.

The overnight treatment allows for maximum penetration and absorption of the oil's nutrients into the scalp and hair follicles. While a shorter 30 minute treatment is still beneficial, the extended time allows the elixir's calming and nourishing properties to work effectively.

To attain the desired consistency, you may opt to leave it at a warm temperature for five minutes or consider a gentle water bath for the same duration.

This is a synergistic blend. While coconut oil is a great moisturizer, it can be comedogenic (pore clogging) for some scalps. We blend it with lighter oils like Grapeseed to improve absorption, Tea Tree oil for its clarifying properties, and Passion Fruit oil for its unique antioxidant profile. The blend is more powerful and balanced than any single oil on its own.

Many common types of dandruff are caused by an overgrowth of a naturally occurring yeast on the scalp. Our formula includes Tea Tree Oil, a botanical ingredient with well documented natural antifungal and anti-inflammatory properties that help to rebalance the scalp's microbiome and calm the associated irritation and flaking.

We are 100% transparent. Our formula contains no synthetic fragrances. The aroma comes from a blend of steam distilled Tea Tree Essential Oil and a natural, plant derived Passion Fruit fragrance oil. Both are used at a very low, skin safe percentage to create a pleasant experience without causing irritation.

The hair growth cycle is a long one. While you'll notice an immediate improvement in scalp comfort and hair softness within 1-2 weeks, seeing a noticeable difference in the appearance of thickness and reduced shedding typically requires 2-3 months of consistent use.

This is a universally beneficial formula. For coily hair, the rich oils provide essential moisture and help reduce breakage. For color treated hair, the nourishing blend helps to improve strand health and shine. For oily scalps, the Tea Tree oil helps to clarify while the lightweight oils hydrate without adding excess grease.

This is a valid concern, which is why the choice of oils is critical. We use a base of non comedogenic and lightweight oils, meaning they are less likely to clog pores. Furthermore, the inclusion of Tea Tree Oil has a clarifying effect on the scalp, helping to keep follicles clear of buildup.
